Quick Start Guide
1. Create an Account
Sign up using your Google account. We automatically provision a secure workspace for you. No API key is needed — your account starts with $5 in free credits.
2. Start Your Free Trial
Navigate to your dashboard and click “Start Free Trial”. You get 30 days of full access, including email support and $5 in AI credits.
3. Configure Your CSM
Complete the setup wizard — connect your customer Google Sheet, set email preferences, define playbooks, and choose your alert channels (WhatsApp, email, or browser).
4. Deploy
Your CSM instance is automatically provisioned in 2-5 minutes. It starts working immediately — onboarding customers, monitoring health, and sending you alerts.
Architecture
Your CSM runs in its own isolated Docker container on Google Cloud. All browser access is TLS-encrypted via a reverse proxy and requires token authentication. Container ports are never directly exposed to the internet.

Configuration
After deployment, configure your CSM from the Settings page:
- Customer Data: Connect a Google Sheet with your customer list (name, email, company, tier, signup date)
- Activity Log: Optionally connect a second sheet with usage/login data for health scoring
- Email: Configure the email account your CSM sends from (we recommend a dedicated Gmail)
- Playbooks: Create onboarding, retention, and upsell playbooks with custom schedules
- Alerts: Choose WhatsApp, email, or browser notifications for CSM alerts
Browser Access
Access your CSM dashboard directly from your browser. View the activity feed, customer health scores, onboarding pipeline, upsell opportunities, and retention alerts — all in one place.
Troubleshooting
- CSM not syncing customers: Make sure your Google Sheet is shared with the service account email (see FAQ)
- Emails not sending: Check that your email App Password is configured correctly in Settings
- Credits running low: Top up credits from your dashboard. Each AI action uses a small number of credits
